Ancient harbour town

Cesenatico is a resort well known for sea and beaches, night clubs, entertainment and numerous sports opportunities. The town also boasts lots of greenery at the disposal of its inhabitants and of course its guests.

Cesenatico has managed to maintain intact that romantic atmosphere of times gone by; the two faces of Cesenatico, the modern one with its well-equipped tourist seaside centre, and the more intimate aspects of the old fishing village.

In the canal-harbour, redesigned by Leonardo da Vinci, stands the Seafaring Museum, a more or less unique collection of old sea boats.
